Personal note from Carol: "First of all, I want to give the glory to God for His Son Jesus and His Holy Spirit indwelling in me. I am so very thankful for the gift of salvation and forgiveness. I would not be here today were it not for the mercy and grace of my Heavenly Father. God has given me a sense of urgency in my heart to encourage women to love and support their husbands and to pray for their families. I want to share my life with younger women who need to know that God is with them through the trials of life."

Carol has found great joy in challenging communities to reach out to the families of active duty, guard, reserve and retired military. The publication of Medals Above My Heart, a Broadman Holman publication, has given her numerous opportunities to share her passion for those who serve their country so selflessly.  As a direct result of her passion, she has spoken to churches explaining the gifts that military families bring to the community and challenging churches to continue daily to pray for those who serve.   More...
