


Carol McGlothlin and her husband Richard have been married 35 years. Richard was an active duty Army Aviator and they spent 22 years traveling the world. They have two grown sons and a beautiful daughter-in-law.
Carol has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Belmont University. She studied speech pathology and special education while briefly attending East Tennessee State University. She worked as a facilitator at the Pre-Command Spouse Orientation Program at Ft. Leavenworth, KS.
As a military wife she was active in the Officer’s Wives Club serving in many volunteer board positions. She was active in the Protestant Women of the Chapel and served as President at the local level as well as other board positions. She was involved in directing plays and special programs focusing on military wives.
Upon her husband’s retirement, Carol took a job with Dave Ramsey’s Lampo Group, www.daveramsey.com in Nashville, TN. Seeing the need to reach out to military families, she initiated the Military Program still thriving in outreach to installations across the USA and abroad.
Carol's desire to mentor women in their lives , marriages and faith leads her to speak in many venues whether that be civilian churches and communities or military installations. She has a special place in her heart for those who serve or have served alongside their military husbands.
